Our Returns & Refunds Policy

At Snoutly, your satisfaction — and your pet's — is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Grooming tools and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at engrr.shahidkhan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
